When ministry details get scattered

Stop rebuilding the meeting agenda every week and chasing permission slips the night before a campout. TrailOps keeps your unit's plans, advancement, and devotionals in one place instead of across spreadsheets, email threads, and group texts.

Who TrailOps serves

Built for Trail Life USA chartered units, men's ministry leadership teams, and hands-on outdoor discipleship groups.

What TrailOps does

  • Plan meetings with agendas, attendance, assignments, and templates.
  • Coordinate events with schedules, packing lists, meal plans, and safety notes.
  • Track Trail Life advancement, patrol assignments, and related member records.
  • Generate leader-reviewed, Scripture-based devotional drafts.

Is TrailOps right for you?

TrailOps is purpose-built for Trail Life units and men's ministry groups — not a full church-management system, and not for large multi-site churches.

Matt Boyer, founder of TrailOps and Boyer Impact Systems LLC

Why I built TrailOps

I built TrailOps for Trail Life dads and men's ministry leaders who carry the details between gatherings. Too often, the agenda lives in one spreadsheet, the follow-up lives in a group text, and the devotional gets written late the night before. I wanted one practical place to prepare the meeting, keep advancement or growth notes current, coordinate the people, and review a Scripture-based draft before sharing it. TrailOps is intentionally focused on that work — not on becoming another all-purpose church database.

Frequently asked questions

Are AI-generated devotionals safe to use with my group?

TrailOps generates a draft with Scripture references and discussion questions. A leader reviews, edits, and approves every devotional before it is used with a Trail Life unit or men's ministry group.

Will volunteers be able to adopt TrailOps?

TrailOps is built for busy volunteer leaders. Start with the next meeting, a roster, or an event plan, then use print-ready exports when someone prefers paper in the field.

Can multiple leaders use the same organization?

Yes. Invite the leaders who need access to your organization, then coordinate meetings, groups, assignments, and records from the same workspace.

What does TrailOps cost?

TrailOps has one Operations Plan: $29 per organization each month after a 14-day free trial. The plan includes unlimited members, without a per-member price increase as your group grows.

Who is TrailOps not for?

TrailOps is purpose-built for Trail Life units and men's ministry groups. It is not a full church-management system and is not designed for large multi-site churches.
